1. Shipping & Delivery:
Since the majority of our items are not handcrafted until an order is placed, standard lead time is 5-7 business days from the time the order is placed. In rare events a small percentage of items may require a longer lead time. If this is the case, you will be notified via email within 24 hours.
We do not ship or sell outside of the United States. We ship via all major mail carriers, including UPS, FedEx, and the United States Postal Service. All orders have a flat rate shipping charge of $9.95 to U.S. addresses.

8. Cancellations & Returns:
You may return most items purchased from IPhoneRepairandParts.com for full a refund within 7 days from the date of delivery. All returns must be accompanied by an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, be in resalable condition in the original packaging, and received within 10 business days from authorized return date. A refund will be issued only upon receipt of the returned merchandise. Original shipping charges are not refundable. No credit or refund will be given on returns without a valid Return Authorization. You can obtain an RMA by contacting customer service at (714) 397-4829.
Custom Products: We are pleased to offer custom products that are specifically manufactured to your request, and we encourage you to review your order carefully. Since the product is built to your request, the order cannot be changed, modified, or canceled once your order is in production.
Custom products include, but are not limited to: iPhone cases, iPhones, iPads, iPods, accessories, and other custom products. If you have a question as to whether or not the item you would like to order is custom, please contact us prior to ordering.
